Our guides are experienced riders who truly love the sport and care for people. All of our guides were selected for the knowledge of riding, first-aid, motorcycle maintenance and skill with people.
Eric Phillips

Eric is happiest on 2 wheels or 2 skis. An educator and ski instructor by trade, he has experience guiding groups of skiers and motorcyclists throughout the Adirondack and Green mountain ranges. Eric has been trained in both CPR and first-aid.
Lucas Jenson
Lucas is an avid local rider who has been exploring Vermont for over 20 years. This will be Lucas' sixth year guiding the Vermont 400 tour. Lucas also guides the MotoVermont New Mexico tour
Mike Leyden

Mike is a Paramedic with extensive training and experience in wilderness medicine, search and rescue and emergency management. He also enjoys adventure riding around New England on his BMW F800GS and Husky 701.
Andrew Hirsch
Andrew Hirsch is an all-around Vermont sports enthusiast. He is a member of the National ski patrol and holds an Outdoor Emergency Care(OEC) certification. 2024 will mark Andrew's fifth year guiding with MotoVermont. His riding prowess, kind nature and calm disposition make him a great addition to the Vermont 400 team.
Dave Beck

Dave Beck is an experienced guide in both motorcycling and skiing. As a school administrator Dave learned excellent communication skills and patience. As a motocross and enduro racer he mastered his riding technique. Dave is as willing to answer riding questions as he is to help yank your bike out of a sand pit, and always with a smile on his face!
Eric Milano
Eric Milano is the founder of MotoVermont. He is certified in Wilderness First aid and will act as a guide during our excursion through New Mexico.
